In order to place your child at ABR for the first time the following steps must be taken:

• Make an appointment with the Director for you and your child
• Download and fill out the Enrollment Application Form and submit it and the application fee
• Get us a copy of the child's last updated physical, including all current immunizations and lead test.
• Schedule a start date with the Director

Application Form and Registration Fee

We require a Non-refundable $50 application fee with each application. Please download a copy of our Enrollment Application Form and bring or mail in the form, together with the application fee, and we will process the application as soon as we can.

We do offer a one-day free trial for those who are interested.
